HAND CONTROLS
Before I could drive my new zuk we had to make some changes so I could drive it. As I said before I am slight Disabled & can't use my feet to drive, so all my vehicles have to be converted to be used by hand acceleration & breaking.
This isn't as hard as it sounds it works on a leaver system back to the pedals. We kept the system from my old Corsa, which we amended to fit the Vitara, one of my Dads mates made a new bracket to fit to the steering wheel to support the Hand Control unit. Once we had this it was just a matter of getting the leavers do the correct jobs and making it safe to drive.
The pictures below shows the end product which works a treat, pull the leaver the zuk moves, push the leaver the zuk stops "simple"
